MindSpace is a personal wellness journaling app for anyone who wants to reflect on their emotions, track their mood, and gain AI-powered insights into their mental wellbeing. It's designed to be a calm, private space — not a medical tool — suitable for anyone aged 13 and above.

Download MindSpace from Google Play / App Store, open the app, and tap Register. Enter your email address, choose a password, and verify your email via the OTP sent to your inbox. Once verified, you're ready to start journaling.

MindSpace supports English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Simplified). To switch languages, go to Profile → Language and select your preferred option. The change takes effect immediately across the entire app.

Tokens are the in-app currency used to unlock AI-powered features. Each time you request an AI reflection or analysis of a journal entry, a small number of tokens is deducted from your balance.

• New accounts receive a welcome token bonus to get started.
• Additional tokens can be purchased via Profile → Purchase Tokens.
• You can view your token history at Profile → Token Logs.

You can get tokens in several ways:

• Purchase: Go to Profile → Purchase Tokens to buy token packs via Google Play.
• Referral programme: Share your referral code with friends. When they sign up, you both receive bonus tokens.
• Redeem a code: Go to Profile → Redeem Code if you have a promotional code.

Tokens do not expire as long as your account is active. They remain in your balance until used. If you delete your account, your token balance will be permanently lost and is non-refundable.

Personal Insights lets you share a bit about yourself — your goals, current challenges, and wellbeing context — so the AI can tailor its reflections specifically to you.

To set it up, go to Profile → Personal Insights and complete the short questionnaire. You can update it at any time. The more context you provide, the more relevant your AI reflections will be.

Yes — your journal is completely private by default. The AI only processes a journal entry when you explicitly tap the AI Reflection button for that entry. Your other entries are never automatically read by the AI. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Profile (the bottom-right tab) and tap your name or the arrow next to it to open Edit Profile. You can update your display name there. To change your profile photo, tap the camera icon on your avatar and choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your registered email. You'll receive an OTP to verify your identity, after which you can set a new password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@mindspaceapps.com.

Go to Profile → Passcode Lock and follow the prompts to set a 6-digit PIN. Once enabled, the app will require the PIN every time it is opened. You can change or disable the passcode from the same settings page.

To request account deletion, please fill out our Account Deletion Request Form. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of confirmation. Note: purchased tokens are non-refundable.

Go to Profile → Purchase History to see all your token pack purchases, including dates and amounts. For detailed transaction receipts, check your Google Play order history.
